Where there's a wind,
there's a wave,
brushing the sand with salt.
Where the water reaches,
scares away the gulls.
The footprints of strangers,
is washed away with care,
but the sand stays between the toes,
finding a short home there.
The salty scented breeze,
sails above the shore,
flowing through damp hair,
drying it much more.
Miles and miles of ocean and sand,
always loved by thee,
is where we laugh and splash with fun,
and smile for this sea.
So, water is our life,
and if God hadn't created first,
there'd be no food or drink for us,
we would weaken and would thirst.
So here's our praise to the Lord,
Who gently placed water here,
we shall preserve the oceans now,
and in the future near.
